Estimating, CAD/BIM take-off, 4D/5D scheduling, procurement and site billing — in
one self-hosted system under AGPL-3.0. 116 modules in v5.2.0, 55,000+
cost items across 11 regions, 57 validation rules over 16 rule sets. The architecture,
how a real project flows, what it replaces and complements, the five-year TCO, and
who already works with our open tools.
Last stable 5.x cut. Eight user-reported bugs fixed end-to-end (PDF worker,
PDF 403, JWT session reset, CAD/BIM Data Explorer RVT, BIM
Section Box, Walk mode, /bim/federations 3D, DWG load). Each
one verified through a sequential Playwright probe before commit — 9
PASS, 0 FAIL. The Japanese locale crosses 98.5 % (1,627 keys).
Six dependabot upgrades merged. News articles get a related-articles
right-rail.
Six deep bundles and the last stable cut of the 5.x line. Geo Hub closes its
storage leaks and caps accuracy at 10 km; Brazil gets BRL,
NBR 12721 and an RPS-layout invoice PDF; /login reads cleanly in
dark mode; /reporting finally renders HTML reports in-page; Daily
Diary entries can be deleted; and 51 frontend files pass WCAG-AA on the top
contrast offender.
Three first-touch fixes on top of v5.2.7. The Geo Hub Global / Project /
Development tabs always navigate to the right scope instead of being dead
links, /markups → /takeoff deep links land on the
right measurement (flashed into view), and /resources gets
inline pencil + trash icons with a real edit modal and danger-styled delete
confirmation.
Two visible improvements on top of v5.2.6. The 13 widgets on
/projects/:id finally lay out as a responsive 1/2/3-column grid
instead of one tall stack, and the in-app update checker gains a real
Apply update button — same interpreter, captured pip log,
humanised restart hint.
A quality-of-life wave on top of v5.2.5's install-crash fix. The documented demo
password works, ~700 contrast violations cleared at the token layer,
/reports renders real HTML, the project dashboard stops fanning out, and
Japanese covers 1197 more keys.
pip install works again.
Unblocks fresh installs that crashed on the 4.5.0 wheel by pinning
fastapi >= 0.116. Plus a restored /dashboard
landing route, the deleteDiary API helper for Daily Diary, and a
widened Payment.amount type for the finance UI.
The costs.vector_adapter health probe was hardcoded to LanceDB
while production defaults to Qdrant since v3, so every cost upsert silently
no-op'd — /match-elements read "AI Semantic Search is offline" on
healthy installs. Probe now dispatches on settings.vector_backend,
and backend/.env.example got a full rewrite.
Seven small fixes on top of v5.2.0. /dashboard now renders
DashboardPage instead of redirecting, the takeoff viewer cancels in-flight
pdf.js renders on page change, the validation banner stops lying about empty
runs, the project widget grid stops 405-ing on Change Orders, six OSHA fields
exposed on Safety Incident responses, and an aria-label backfill across five
Page.tsx files.
Epic I lands native I/O for the four BOQ formats that cover roughly 70% of the
Tier-1 construction market — DACH, Spain, UK and US — plus one drag-and-drop
import surface (/regional-exchange) that ties them together.
A tight follow-up to v5.0. Full strict TypeScript over the new
notifications and file-version surface, dispatcher retry + de-dup, and the
first 751 v1 file rows backfilled on the live demo VPS.
The first stable v5 major. Wave 1 of the Deep-Coordination initiative lands three pieces of cross-module infrastructure that every workflow above them now relies on — and the platform crosses 116 modules.

The first stable major. A pro-grade BIM Hub, real clash detection, the BOQ pro
rebuild, a 7-stage Match Elements pipeline, a starter pack of BI dashboards and
a public /api/v1/* contract you can build on — all in one
pip install.
Wave 3/4 modules land with eight new Alembic revisions
(v3088→v3095). Validation moves out of the editor and
into the import pipeline itself, GAEB X84 Nebenangebot ships as a
first-class writer, and RVT import gains a structured diagnostics report.
BOQs that nest as deep as a real project does. The hard cap rises to
MAX_NESTING_DEPTH=8, the editor switches to a recursive
parent_id walk, a resource-code dedup closes #133, and v3.6.1 fixes the one
render path that still flattened deep rows.
The release that put the platform's skeleton in place. Eighteen business modules on one loader, a deterministic FSM engine replacing ad-hoc status fields, a pure-Python ISO 16739-1 IFC parser, and the Qdrant + BGE rerank Match Elements pipeline.
